Hiro's started with a cat and a bad lamp.

The cat is Hiro, black, amber-eyed, permanently unimpressed. The lamp was one of those cold blue-white things that made the living room feel like a waiting room at eleven at night. We wanted the opposite: something warm and a little alive on the shelf, the way a fireplace makes a room feel occupied even when nobody is talking.

What we found was a diffuser shaped like a hearth, where the flame is ultrasonic mist lit from below. It is a trick, and it is a good one. Guests reach a hand over it the first time to check whether it burns. It doesn't. Nothing about it heats up, which is the point: you can put it on a wooden shelf, next to curtains, near a cat who will absolutely sit on it.

What we actually do

We are small. We sell one product in three bundles, and we do not pretend otherwise. We do not design or manufacture the Hearth: we source it from a factory that has been building this model for years, we hold their FCC Part 15 Class B and RoHS conformity paperwork on file, and we will send you a copy if you ask.

What we do own is everything that happens after you click buy: the packaging, the card in the box, the email when something goes wrong, and the decision to tell you a delivery takes 6 to 14 business days instead of writing "fast shipping" and hoping.

Where we are

The business is run from Chile. The parcels ship from our fulfillment partner overseas, direct to you in the United States. That is why the delivery window is what it is, and why we would rather put the real number on the page than bury it in a policy you would only read after being disappointed.
