Who we are

Placing an order

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the confirmation email. We may decline an order and refund you in full if we cannot fulfil it, if the item is out of stock, or if we suspect fraud. We will always tell you why.

Prices

All prices are in US dollars and include free shipping within the United States. The price at checkout is the final price. If we ever get a price wrong on the site, we will contact you before charging you and you can confirm or cancel.

Cancelling and returning

You can cancel any order that has not been packed yet. After delivery you have 30 days to return or replace it. The full terms are in our return policy, which forms part of these terms.

Delivery

We ship within 1 to 3 business days and delivery usually takes 5 to 10 business days door to door. Those are honest estimates, not guarantees; carriers occasionally run late. Our shipping policy covers what happens when they do.

Using the product safely

The Hearth is an ultrasonic aroma diffuser and humidifier. The flame is cool mist lit by LEDs; nothing burns. Even so, it is an electrical appliance that holds water. Use it on a level surface, fill it only with water and water-soluble aroma oils, unplug it before cleaning, and keep it away from small children who might tip it. Do not drink from the tank. We are not liable for damage caused by use outside the instructions in the box.

Compliance

We hold CE, FCC Part 15 Class B and RoHS documentation on file for the diffuser unit and will send you a copy on request. Essential oils included in the Kit and Pro Set are cosmetic-grade and covered separately from the device certification.

Our liability

Nothing here limits any right you have under consumer law that cannot be limited. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Your account and content

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for activity under it. If you send us a review, photo or message, you let us quote it, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

Our content

The text, photography and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Please do not copy them for a competing store.

Privacy

How we handle your personal information is set out in our privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the one published when you placed it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Chile, where the business is established. This does not remove the consumer protections available to you where you live.
