    We pack it

    Your order is picked and packed. Nothing to track yet — this is the quiet part.

  2. Day 3

    Tracking email lands

    The moment the parcel leaves the warehouse you get an email with the number. That number is what goes in the box above.

  3. Day 4-7 in transit

    It travels

    Tracked YunExpress Sensitive, the line used for goods with electronics inside. Scans can go quiet for a day or two mid-route; that is normal and not a lost parcel.

  4. Day 5-10

    It arrives

    Door to door, free within the United States. If day 12 comes and goes with no delivery, write to us and we make it right.

No tracking number yet? If it has been under three business days since you ordered, it is still being packed and the email is coming. Past that, write to hirosnoirsupport@gmail.com with your order number and we will chase it.
